  1. The hotel has two types of tariffs: "Standard" and "Non refundable". Tariff conditions: "Standard" - the guest must pay a prepayment for the first night on the day of the reservation, the guest must pay the final payment for the reservation at the hotel during check-in. The cost of the first night is not refundable if the reservation is canceled less than 3 days before the reservation date. According to the "Non refundable" tariff, the guest pays the full price of the order on the day of the reservation. The paid price of the order, according to the "Non refundable" tariff, is not refundable, regardless of the date of cancellation.

  2. The guest can pay for hotel services by cash payment at the hotel, non-cash payment to bank details, as well as provide data for paying for services remotely (predatorization of funds from the guest's bank card)  according to the issued invoice. By providing bank card details to pay for hotel services, the guest consents to debiting the remote payment according to the issued invoice.

  3. When leaving the room, the guest is obliged to pay the cost of all the additional services that he used in the hotel, in cases where there is no paid check-out, the hotel has the right to pay the cost of unpaid additional services by pre-authorizing funds with the bank card provided by the guest.

  4. The hotel day starts at 14:00. on the day of arrival and ends at 12:00 the next day. If you didn't check out at 12:00, you need to pay for one more hotel day in full. The guest must provide a passport or driver's license for registration. The hotel may refuse registration if the guest refuses to provide identification documents

  5. Early check-in before 9:00 a.m. is charged at the rate of 100% of the room price per day, if there are available rooms; early check-in from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. is charged at the rate of 50% of the room price per day, if there are available rooms; from 12:00 to 14:00 free early check-in is possible if there is a free room fund.

  6. The hotel guest cannot transfer the room to third parties, even if the period for which the guest has paid.

  7. Persons who have not registered at the hotel can stay in the hotel room from 09:00 to 19:00. Persons staying in the room after 19:00 must go through registration and pay the bill for hotel services in full. In the interest of your safety, we recommend that you do not invite strangers to your room.

  8. The hotel may refuse to accept guests who grossly violated the Hotel Rules during their last stay, caused damage to hotel property or guests, or caused harm to other guests, hotel employees or other persons who were in the hotel, or otherwise disturbed the stay of other guests or the operation of the hotel.

  9. The hotel does not accept guests traveling with pets.

  10. Each guest of the hotel gives his consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of registration and placement of his data in the hotel database in accordance with the Law of Ukraine On Personal Data Protection dated 01.06.2010 No. 2297-VI.

  11. When leaving the room, guests should check whether the faucets are closed and whether the door is properly closed. The loss of the number card / key is subject to an additional payment of UAH 200.00.

  12. The hotel guest bears full financial responsibility for damage or destruction of the hotel's equipment and technical devices due to their fault or the fault of the visitors and must compensate the damages in full, in accordance with the bill.

  13. When checking in, do not forget to check the number, in case of discovery of breakdown or damaged property, contact the administrator. Otherwise, upon departure, the amount of damaged property will be reimbursed by the guest.

  14. Room heaters, electric irons and other similar devices that are not part of the equipment of the hotel room are not allowed to be used in the premises due to fire safety.

  15. Smoking is prohibited in hotel rooms, corridors, stairs, kitchens, dressing rooms and reception rooms. Violation of the prohibition is subject to a fine equal to 100% of the room price per night.

  16. The safe in the room is free of charge. We recommend keeping all valuables in a safe. In case of loss of belongings, everything is in the safe - the hotel administration is not responsible.

  17. Personal belongings left by guests in the hotel room after departure will be stored in the hotel for 1 month

  18. Please note that the hotel has a spiral staircase. The hotel administration urges guests to be extremely careful and attentive when moving on the spiral staircase. The hotel management is not responsible for emergency situations on the stairs with guests.
